Nice atmosphere
Air conditioning was too hot and despite requesting repairs which were performed the issue was not resolved

When the pool was open it was nice
Pool hours were limited due to private lessons. The listing said mini frig but we had to pay $10/day extra to have it. The common areas were dated and lacked upkeep. The hallways are extremely narrow and you loose sight of your kids if not holding their hands.

The location here is amazing, with lots of shops, restaurants, and a clubhouse nearby 🌟. It's in a bustling area with plenty to do right around the corner.

Lots of things to do
18% gratuity on meal bill that we were not made aware of. In fact she was rather sneaky about it.

The beautiful hotel is perfect for families with friendly and excellent staff who were great at accommodating our request for connecting rooms. The location is unbeatable and convenient, just a mile away from a city park.

Even though very dated, the hotel was nice. We enjoyed the lobby area decor and the cave bar. The nightclub was ok, full of mostly locals. Didn't like observing the pimp doing business at the bar though. He wasn't very discreet about it. He came in with three girls and every time he had a conversation with a guy, we saw money changing hands and one of the girls walked out with the guy for about half hour. They went outside with a different guy each time.
Breakfast in the clubhouse was horrible, cold, and way over priced. I would recommend going out to eat. There are many nice places to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner very close.

Food was great, a little costly but worth it. Our stay was very nice and comfortable. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Pleasant environment and very cooperating staff
There was too much light coming in from the main door so took longer to sleep. The first night we stayed there were loud noise, 3 people were fighting (probably drunk)

The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining our room options. We requested a joint rooms and queen room and it was the best. The room had a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and coffee/tea makers provided.

Extremely helpful concierge and front-desk staff - very accommodating.
Walking miles for a fairly indifferent breakfast. A room which was either warm but with noisy aircon, or quiet (aircon off) but freezing. And an empty minibar!

The hotel's appearance is dated. The fixtures are old. No hot water in the room. The staff was excellent. The hotel design and landscaping were nice. The hot tub was a highlight.

Good size and comfortable room with nice green view over the golf course
Long walk to access rooms which have golf course view and limited supplies such free water, or bathroom robs or slippers although were requested. No Hilton reward points were given although I am a member of HHonors.

Everyone was very nice and polite. Anything I requested once I arrived I didn't have to wait long for someone to bring it to my room.
